The service

VyKode is an Android app that helps you build apps, websites and control panels with an AI assistant. The AI (VyKode AI), building and publishing are part of your plan: you need no key or other account. One account per person; each device can create a limited number of accounts.

Plans: Free, Pro and Max

Three plans: Free (1 project, limited messages and builds per day), VyKode Pro and VyKode Max (much higher limits). Each plan's limits are shown on the home page and in the app. A project counts the first time a build or publish succeeds. Each plan includes a monthly budget of AI points (1 point = 1 US cent of real AI cost) that resets on the 1st of each month; when it is used up, wait for the next month or move to a bigger plan.

• Payments (Creem, every country): card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, in USD. A subscription that renews automatically every month (or year). Cancel any time from “Manage subscription” in the app; the plan stays until the paid period ends. Creem is the merchant of record for these payments.

The code of Free projects

On the Free plan, the code of the apps you build is public: anyone on the internet can see it. Your chats, attachments and account always stay private. Do not put secret keys or personal data in a Free project. When you subscribe to Pro or Max, your projects become private.

Refunds

If the subscription did not work for you, email contact@vykode.com within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it.

Acceptable use

Do not use VyKode for malware, fraud, phishing or anything illegal. You are responsible for the apps and sites you publish. AI answers can be wrong: review them before publishing.

Published sites are checked automatically. A site that looks dangerous (phishing, collecting card numbers or wallet words, malware) or gets repeated reports may be suspended at once and cannot be published until we review it. Anyone can report a site.

Payments in your products

On the plans that include it, your products can have payment buttons that open payment links of your own account at a payment provider (Stripe, PayPal or others). The money goes to you directly and never passes through VyKode, and we keep no payment key. You are the seller: products, prices, delivery, refunds, taxes and the provider's rules are your responsibility alone, and VyKode is not a party to any sale.

Changes and termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Changes to the terms or prices are announced in the app beforehand. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
