Acceptable Use Policy

This policy covers everything made, generated or published with VyKode: the Android app, VyKode Web, the AI agent, the apps, websites and control panels it builds, and the published sites. It is part of our Terms of service.

Not allowed

1. Sexual and adult (NSFW) content: sexually explicit, pornographic or sexually suggestive content, nudity, sexual text, images or stories, adult (18+) services and sites, sexual or romantic “companion” and relationship chatbots, escort or adult dating services, adult cams.
2. Minors: anything that sexualizes, endangers or exploits minors. Strictly forbidden, and reported to the authorities.
3. Harmful content: hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying, incitement to violence, promotion of self-harm.
4. Fraud and deception: phishing or log-in pages that imitate other sites or brands, fake shops, collecting card numbers or wallet recovery words, fake reviews or testimonials.
5. Malware and abuse: viruses, spyware and stalkerware, hidden crypto mining, tools that break into or attack systems, spam.
6. Impersonation: deepfakes or manipulation of real people’s faces or voices, or pretending to be someone.
7. Anything illegal: drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, infringing others’ rights (brands, content), and anything the law forbids.

How we enforce it

• The VyKode agent refuses these requests, however they are worded, and suggests an allowed alternative.
• Published sites are scanned automatically every day; a site that breaks this policy, or gets repeated reports, is suspended.
• Accounts that break this policy may be suspended or closed.

About the AI

VyKode is an independent product by Armasync Technology. Its agent runs on third-party AI models, and VyKode is not affiliated with the companies that make them. AI answers can be wrong: review what it writes before you publish it.
